  2. Download the application form, diversity monitoring form and access arrangements for interview form.

  3. Email your completed documents to Jo Chaplin jo@artsintelligence.co.uk. If you have not received an acknowledgement email within two working days, please phone Jo on 01223 200200. Applicants will be asked to sign a hard copy of their application form at interview.
